About the producer:
The more than 200 ha. of ancient olive trees that surround Finca La Condesa, in Villanueva de la Reina in Jaén, are the origin of Pago de Espejo extra virgin olive oil.
The quality of their EVOO is a reflection of the success of the women of the Espejo family, whose effort and love for their land has managed to build a great commercial brand that is synonymous with quality and good work. They stand out for their two ranges of Premium extra virgin olive oil, both the Picual variety and the Arbequina variety.
Early harvest extra virgin olive oil
Pago de Espejo has been made with the first olives of the harvest, collected in the month of October, and which are the most valued as they are at their optimal ripening point.
Its intense green color, equal to that of the olives from which it comes, transports us to the olive grove where it originates. Its aroma and flavor are loaded with natural nuances typical of early oils.
