Early harvest extra virgin olive oil
Essential EVOO Limited Edition is a premium extra virgin olive oil.
It has been made with the first olives of the harvest, collected in the month of October, and which are the most valued as they are at their optimal ripening point.
Its intense green color, equal to that of the olives from which it comes, transports us to the olive grove where it originates.
