Product characteristics

-Made with a mixture of olives of the Picual and Royal varieties.

-Produced in the Sierras de Cazorla Segura y las Villas Natural Park.

-Coming from specially chosen centuries-old olive trees belonging to an organic olive grove.

-Produced using organic olive growing techniques. Without using synthetic chemicals, whether fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides.

-The olives are always picked "on the fly", directly from the tree without passing through the ground, and are ground the same day they are picked.

-Produced through cold extraction.

Production and Packaging

Superior extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from olives and only through mechanical procedures.

Bottled in the oil mill itself, in Aceites Cazorla SCA. Packaging date available on the packaging.

All bottles are made of dark glass, specially designed to protect the oil from light, since this can damage it until it loses much of its aroma and flavor, as well as its nutritional properties.

Flavor and smell:

It is an olive oil that stands out for its intense flavor, with balanced but notable spiciness and bitterness. It is ideal to take raw.

Aroma: Very fresh on the nose. Nuances dominated by green tones, fig tree, tomato tree, alloza, freshly cut grass, slightly apple and intensely green olive leaf on the nose.

Flavor: Intense green fruity with very balanced bitterness and spiciness.
