The Santa Isabel de Torres Cooperative has been a benchmark in the production of extra virgin olive oil for more than 50 years. The olive groves of the more than 600 farmers who belong to this cooperative are located in the Sierra Mágina area, in Jaén, famous for the quality of its oils.
