Flavor and smell:

Cánava Selección EVOO Oro offers very natural nuances of flavor and aroma, which transport us to the mountain olive grove from which it comes.

Aroma: Intense fruity smell of green olive, great complexity between green aromas and dried fruits: mint, tomato, and banana peel with ripe nuances of almond, fig and apple.

Taste: Clean, fragrant, with harmony between light bitterness and progressive spiciness.

Todo un lujo

Me echaba atrás el precio tan elevado, pero es un aceite de calidad superior del que hay que probar al menos una vez en la vida. El envío fue bien, sin incidencias, te avisan de la entrega el mismo día por teléfono. La única pega el precio

Respecto al precio decir que se trata de un aceite Premium de categoría superior, una edición muy especial de un aceite de cosecha temprana, de ahí su precio mayor al de los aceites corrientes pero en la línea de los aceites premium gourmet.
