Production and Packaging

Superior extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from olives and only through mechanical procedures.

All bottles are made of dark glass, specially designed to protect the oil from light, since this can damage it until it loses much of its aroma and flavor, as well as its nutritional properties.

Flavor and smell:

Aroma: Intense fruitiness of green olive, complex, with herbaceous and fresh fruit notes. Softening the artichoke, tomato and olive leaf are the fruity aromas of banana and green apple,

Flavor: Elegant. First it is fruity and almondy, moving on to a light bitterness and a soft but progressive and persistent spiciness.

About the producer:

The “San Felipe Apóstol” Cooperative is located in the municipality of Baeza, located in the geographical center of the province of Jaénen, an olive-growing region par excellence. Established in 1960, it currently has 500 members, who bring together more than 200,000 olive trees.

It has been made with the first olives of the harvest, collected in the months of October and November, and which are the most valued as they are at their optimal ripening point.

Its intense green color, equal to that of the olives from which it comes, transports us to the olive grove where it originates.
